DECISION ON REMOVABLE SPILLWAY WEIR AT ICE HARBOR GOES TO FEDERAL EXECS

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers installed an RSW at Lower Granite Dam in early 2002 to improve fish passage and survival at the dam. Early results showed that both passage and survival improved and that it was accomplished with less spill at the dam.
