The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers released an updated listing of civil works projects to be funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 that includes replacement of Lower Monumental Lock and Dam’s downstream navigation lock gate, an infrastructure maintenance project that could cost over $10 million.
