7. GROUPS FILE LAWSUIT CHALLENGING MONTANA SILVER MINE

Several groups filed a lawsuit today (Jan. 25) challenging the state of
Montana’s approval of a silver mine that would burrow under the Cabinet
Mountain Wilderness.
