A Colorado native with an extensive background in water management issues
has been taken into the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation fold as the regional
director of its Pacific Northwest Region.
BOR Commissioner Eluid Martinez announced Tuesday that J. William (Bill)
McDonald will report to his new position in mid-July. McDonald replaces
longtime Pacific Northwest Region Director John Keyes, who retired on June
